Terms of Service

By accessing and using Masteralb's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Masteralb provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• E-commerce solutions
• AI tools and integration
• Brand solutions and design
• Technology consulting
• Digital marketing services

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Project scope will be defined in a separate agreement or contract. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

• Change requests must be submitted in writing
• Additional costs will be communicated before implementation
• Timeline adjustments will be made accordingly

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. However:

• Masteralb retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
• Third-party components may have separate licensing terms
• Source code and development files may require separate licensing
• Masteralb may showcase completed work in portfolios

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Making payments according to agreed terms
• Maintaining backups of their data

Masteralb's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or services
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We provide:

• 30-day warranty on bug fixes for delivered work
• Support terms as specified in individual contracts
• No warranty on third-party components or services
• Maintenance and support available under separate agreements

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• Masteralb delivers completed work portions
• Confidential information remains protected
• Outstanding payments become immediately due

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Tirana, Albania.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
